1.Cancellation policy
These terms apply to every reservation and are accepted at checkout.
Pay 50% of all nights
Cancel after the first 24 hours, but 14 or more days before check-in.
Pay 100% of all nights
Cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
2.Damage deposit

The return of your damage deposit is subject to an inspection of the property.
3.House rules
- All guests must be 21 or older.
- Maximum of 3 guests.
- No pets.
- No smoking indoors.
4.Payment terms
- The amount due at booking is shown at checkout before you pay.
- If anything remains after that, it is charged automatically to your card on file 14 days before arrival.
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are paid in full at booking.
